Myra Estrin Levine (December 12, , Chicago, Illinois^[1] – March 20, , Evanston, Illinois^[2]) was an American nurse, theorist, author, and researcher.

She is known for creating the Conservation Model of nursing.^[1]

Biography

Early life

Myra was born in Chicago, Illinois on Sunday, December 12, She was the surviving child of a pair of twin girls and the oldest of three children.
